Appointments, Hours and Walk-In Rules
Office hours are not uniform statewide. Some counties require appointments for selected services; others accept walk-ins but stop taking customers before the posted closing time when demand is high. Holiday schedules, lunch closures, testing cutoffs and storm closures can change normal operations.
